Robin Weiner Barrett is an editorial and commercial photographer based in Washington, D.C., working closely with corporate, small business owners, PR, non-profit, and government clients to meet their visual goals. Robin travels extensively throughout the United States and to many far-away places creating pictures for herself and her clients. With over a decade of photography experience, Robin has covered everything from Hollywood's most talented to international events that have gripped the world's attention. Her work has appeared in hundreds of major news publications worldwide. During her career she has been a staff photographer and photo editor at several Virginia newspapers and the San Francisco Chronicle, and a regular freelancer for the Associated Press and countless other organizations.

Robin has made it her life goal to be as creative as possible and brings her passion, energy and expertise to every subject she photographs. Her assignments have offered visual insight into important news stories, and she will go to great lengths to achieve a compelling photograph to help further tell a story. Whether it's climbing 100 feet up a redwood tree to photograph a tree-sitting activist, photographing the U.S. president during an important announcement, dangling over skyscrapers from a Coast Guard helicopter or photographing celebrities one-on-one, Robin loves telling visual stories and will go to new heights (literally and figuratively) in order to tell it in the most compelling way possible.
